AboutPrintsPros

Event-Only Focus

We don't try to be a generic print shop for every business under the sun. Badges, lanyards, signage, banners and event tickets — that's what we know.

Built For Event Deadlines

Attendee lists lock in days before doors open. Rush production and 24-hour turnaround are the default, not an upsell.

Real Support

Talk to an actual print specialist, not a ticket queue. We help you get the file right the first time.

PrintsPros started with event badges and grew from there — lanyards, wristbands, event signage, banners, table covers and tabletop displays followed because event organizers kept asking for one vendor instead of five. We still run every job the way we did on day one: check the file, print it right, ship it fast.

Today we produce event credentials and event print materials for conferences, trade shows, corporate events, and festivals across the USA — tech summits, medical conferences, music festivals, and everything in between.

Why event organizers choose PrintsPros

There are plenty of generic print shops that will take a badge order alongside business cards, banners for a restaurant, and a wedding invitation run. PrintsPros doesn't work that way. We specialize in event printing specifically — badges, lanyards, signage, banners, tickets and displays — which means our templates, materials and production line are already built around what an event actually needs: fast turnaround before a fixed date, variable data for name badges, and materials that hold up through a full multi-day show.

If you've worked with a generic print shop before and felt like they didn't quite understand the pressure of a fixed event date or how badges, lanyards and signage need to work together, that's the gap PrintsPros closes. We live in conferences, trade shows and festivals — not general commercial printing.
